Best thing was the English breakfast with white toast and the porridge. Exceptionally comfortable beds, good location right by the Sea. And just next door to town centre, town centre also local ferry crossing to Brixham and the bay.

Staff is amazingly attentive and caring and you can park your car on-site. It is in beautiful and incredible location to a coastal zoo, set around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel.

No complaints whatsoever, awesome stay for 4 nights. Cheap food choice at the English breakfast. Super and marvellous location close to everything, in the lovely area. Again, walking distance to a fine art gallery.

Nicely presented hotel, the staff were all pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating and the location was incredible on the sea. The breakfast served was particularly good, everything you could wish for, with brown or white toast and the porridge, as for instance:)))

Fairly clean property, efficient and excellant stuff. Great food selection on English breakfast. Well-kept and modern room with very comfy beds, a dining area and panoramic windows. All in all fantastic setting right by local attractions and places to eat as well as the sea front and the bottom of the town.

The owners and staff were all very friendly, and the breakfasts were very good. We were given good advice on places to visit by the owner. The room rate was good. Although the hotel is up a hill its not too far from the sea and town.
We were disapointed by the size of the family room and its condidtion. The sink was in the room and water / waste pipes were not boxed in, and there was a hole in ceiling above the shower.

The super and great location for the price, close to the Nethway, the centre of Torquay, and beach, town centre also local ferry crossing to Brixham.
Wi-Fi was very poor.
